Returns and Exchanges

Customer care and satisfaction are of utmost importance to Equilibrium Scrubs.  If you are unsatisfied with your garment, we offer full refunds and exchanges within 60 days of your order date.  Garments must be in unworn, unwashed, and clean condition with the original hang-tags still attached.  Returned garments must be free of stains, makeup, and soiling of any kind.

Equilibrium Scrubs reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on garments that are stained, show signs of wear, or have the original tags removed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.  

Orders that are eligible for returns will be refunded within 7 business days.

 

How to Cancel an Order

Orders can be cancelled if an e-mail is sent to Equilibrium Scrubs within 2 hours of the order being placed.  Equilibrium Scrubs can be reached through the Contact Us page on the website, or by sending an e-mail directly to equilibriumscrubs@gmail.com

Orders that are eligible for cancellation will be refunded within 7 business days.

 

Damaged and Defective Products 

We do our best to do a thorough quality check before sending out your order.  If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, please provide pictures of damage and the original tags still attached to clothes along with your order number to equilibriumscrubs@gmail.com for assistance.
